Training Consultant

Job description / Role

OVERVIEW
As Consultant you are responsible for providing personalized course advice that will work for the prospect and which will result in the sale of the contract, as well as the nurturing and follow up of your current Students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Meeting monthly Sales targets, as set by the Center Director
- Ensuring all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care
- Managing your agenda ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time
- Providing reports relating to your activity and Sales progress to Center Director
- Updating the Sales CRM in and accurate and reliable manner maintaining good contact management

Key tasks include:
- Generating leads as per expected KPIs
- Booking the correct amount of First Appointments so as to reach expected contract closing ratios
- Booking Second Appointments as necessary to complete Sales cycle
- Booking Renewal appointments
- Holding regular reviews with current Students assuring they are satisfied with their course

Requirements

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum requirements:
- Good level of English
- Knowledge of MS office
- Service orientated

Nice to have:
- University Degree
- Understanding of core Sales principles: Sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
- Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
- Background within Service/hospitality/gym sector
- Professional Sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
- Fluent English

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
- Professional appearance and good telephone skills
- Direct Sales and telesales experience is preferred
