Training & Facilitation Manager

Exciting opportunity with a leading business which was established in 2009 and has grown to one of the leading training and coaching providers in the GCC region.

This exciting role as Training & Facilitation Manager is incredibly important and you will be directly responsible for the delivery and execution of training programmes to a prestigious global manufacturing client in Saudi Arabia.

This is a full time flexible role that could mean that you travel to and from Saudi Arabia to deliver the necessary training modules. The ideal preference would be for someone to live and work in Saudi but we can cater for and explore other options depending on your personal circumstances.

Requirements

Successful candidates will need to have experience of the following:

• 5+ year’s experience of delivering bespoke training programmes to multinational audiences
• Excellent Manufacturing industry experience with strong understanding of the manufacturing & engineering processes
• Preferably experience of HSE (Environment, Health & Safety)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong and engaging interpersonal and presentation skills
• Must be happy to work in Saudi Arabia
• Basic salary is negotiable depending on experience, accommodation and standard benefits are inclusive.
