Training Manager – NEOM area remote location – Facilities Management Service Provider

The Saudi Arabia market is continuing with its 2030 Vision and the Kingdom is already home to some of the most iconic, exciting and eye catching developments in the world today. NEOM is certainly one of those projects.

Our client is an FM company already established in KSA. They have a portfolio of blue chip clients and manage TFM (Hard and Soft) services across multiple property types. They are currently seeking a Training Manager. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive training programs, including staff training and compliance training for both internal staff and external suppliers. They will choose the ideal training methods or activities for a specific goal and audience (online, role-play, tutorial, work training, professional development classes, etc.).

Other duties will include:

• Market and promote training opportunities for employees so that all the necessary information is provided
• Organize regular and peer-reviewed needs assessments by identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Develop education / training assistance and materials, if necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and provide summary to management by identifying the effects of training on employee skills and company goals.
• Interacting with internal stakeholders and communicating with various experts involved in mentoring and training planning.
• Maintain a database of curriculum, materials and personnel training data
• Transfer knowledge from their team members to Saudi nationals through both written material and shadowing coaching.



• To work single status in a remote location staying in company provided accommodation
• Excellent spoken Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject (Learning & Development or similar) and demonstrated previous experience.
• Experience in a similar role
• Requires related experience in performance and training, planning & analysis.
• Have delivered a comprehensive knowledge transfer program
• Very strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
