Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World <br><br>Training Manager<br><br>The Training Manager manages the organization and oversight of day-to-day OJT/Mentorship training run through the Training Management Office. The Training Manager will be responsible for initiating, updating, maintaining records, and tracking OJT for AVN personnel. Uses the Training Management System to schedule classes, track individual progress, and provide status reports to the customer. Manages day-to-day execution of client efforts though the coordinated efforts of assigned personnel.<br>- Manage training and development objectives for site customer. <br>- Develop and manage training objectives and initiatives. <br>- Recommend and develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs to ensure training needs are met. <br>- Plan, develop, and provide training as required to include on-the-job training methods for Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) qualified Soldiers. <br>- Develop and maintain an OJT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) <br>- and MOS Specific job books. <br>- Oversee the development and organization of training products, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. <br>- Develop, obtain, and report metrics on training programs and other initiatives. <br>- Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by the customer or other departments in the organization. <br>- Perform other duties as assigned. <br><br>Minimum Requirements:<br>- Bachelor's Degree but could be waived with appropriate experience and other related military education which meets qualifications. <br>- Must have knowledge of US Army aviation doctrine, tactics, and aircraft capabilities, and understand the U.S. Military Systems Approach to Training (SAT), and Methods of Instruction (MOI) or equivalent. <br>- Graduate of the Army Instructor Training Course-TAITC Preferred or FAA equivalent. <br><br>Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
