Position Description:
A Saudi training company is looking for an experienced/bilingual Project Manager, who will be responsible for all aspects related to the design, development and delivery of training programs. The Training Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing and executing of training projects. S/he will serve as the primary liaison with our government/corporate clients in Riyadh.
Requirements
Main Duties:
- Implement management processes and practices to ensure training programs are executed in the most cost-effective manner and in accordance with approved budgets and schedules.
- Ensure achieving the training project deliverables to the highest quality standards.
- Provide direction on training projects from inception through completion, aiding on all aspects of the work to comply with the requirements of the training projects.
- Develop weekly and/or monthly work plans and modify the plans as needed.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and take corrective actions.
- Attend clients’ meetings and make presentations about the project status and work progress.
