Transformation and Digitalization Director

Job description / Role

eMagine is currently working with the biggest banks in KSA who are looking for Transformation and Digitalization Director.

What will you do?
• Work with key stakeholders across Investor Services as well as Operations heads, to develop, prioritize and manage a robust pipeline of strategic process improvement initiatives
• Perform and implement multiple complex strategic business process reviews End-to-End and with a client-centric lens
• Lead the development and implementation of key development programs within the assigned budget, ensuring program success
• Conduct process re-engineering (e.g. E2E/F2B Design, ‘Shift to Left’ Re-Engineering, Lean, Workflow, Workforce Management) across Investor Services
• Create metrics and manage and analyze key operational KPIs and trends
• Apply innovative/improved methods to accelerate program delivery and facilitate implementation of best practice
• Prepare regular summary reports for senior audience, identifying risks and issues for attention, and developing recommendations

Requirements

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
• Graduate / post-graduate or professional designations or equivalent
• Process Improvement Designations
• 5+ years’ experience in Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Financial Services, Process Improvement/Optimization, Robotics, Machine Learning, FinTech or technology company
• Proven effective leadership to drive and facilitate transformation in a large and complex global organization
• Ability to influence decision making and facilitate teams with multiple stakeholders at all levels in the organization as well as knowledge of change management discipline and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive deliverables and take a leadership role in moving initiatives forward and removing obstacles.
• Strong analytical, consultative, and team communication / facilitative skills
• Ability to attract, develop and retain top talent and high performance teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong executive presentation skills
