Job description / Role
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Leading and developing a strong Transformation Team
• Ensure strategic fit of the objectives of transformation with the business benefits
• Obtain commitment from stakeholders to the delivery of the benefits
• Monitor delivery of the objectives and benefits, taking appropriate action where necessary to ensure their successful delivery.
• Ensure that the Transformation Programme is subject to review at key decision points and at other points he necessary
• Oversee development of the programme and business case
• Make certain that any recommendations or concerns from reviews are met or addressed before progressing to the next stage
• Develop the programme organisation structure and logical plan
• Monitor and control the progress of the transformational change
• Accountability for supplier and sub-contractor delivery
Requirements
Qualification & Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading Business Transformation.
• Effective Leader
• Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills
• Confident & Credible
• Excellent Project Management skills with use of number of Transformation methodologies
• Relevant Degree
