Treasury & Banking Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a multi billion SAR service provider, are looking for a Treasury and Banking Manager to enter their Corporate Group function to support the Group CFO in creating a more efficient and innovative Treasury function.

Our client is an international service provider, operating multiple entities across the region with multi billion SAR turnover. HQ is Riyadh, KSA.

Description
* Treasury and Banking Manager is responsible for managing treasury functions (Cash management, Banking management, Investment management, Risk Management) for the group
* Treasury and Banking Manager accountabilities lie within the following areas:
* Manage Treasury governance
* Bank relationship management (Regional and Local Banks) at corporate level
* Manage overall cash position, forecasting (short and ling term) and reporting
* Risk Management (Interest Rate, Currency Rate etc.) of overall group
* Effective management of investment (short, mid and long term)
* Manage Operational Risk ( Internal check points and compliance)
* Treasury and Bank related data management (Interest Rate, Forex rate, currency code, Bank date etc. - Master data and account related data in CoA) at group level.

Requirements

* KSA National (highly desired)
* Arabic Speaker
* Certified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA)
* Experience in Middle-East market and Saudi local tax regulations
* Proficient in system driven reporting (ERP based) and analysis
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to deal with high volume of complex data
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong reporting skills
* Experience on a similar position International Organization
