Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

-Cash flow management.
-Cash flow planning, budgeting and monitoring.
-Preparation of credit facilities and loans schedule.
-Management of credit facilities.
-Daily cash status report.
-Follow up and review of bank advice.
-Preparation of bank required information.
-Follow up renewal of loans and other credit facilities agreements.
-Ensure full compliance with debt covenants and conditions as stipulated in bank agreements.
-Review terms and conditions of loans facilitates against group borrowing policy.
-Transact fund transfers in foreign currencies.
-Allocation operations turnover among the different bank accounts in appropriate manner.
-Prepare detailed information memorandum for project debt finance to be raised from financial institutions.
-Computation of accrued interest on outstanding loans balances.
-Administering bank accounts in compliance with authority matrix and group policies and procedures.
-Preparation of monthly bank loans and accrued interest report.
-Invest temporary excess cash in short term deposits, open liquid funds and other investment opportunities.
-Screen investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia and GCC and submit investment proposals to CFO in a presentable format.
-Evaluation of investment opportunities using projected cash flows and financial modelling.
-Comparison of investment opportunities based on returns, risks, time horizon, liquidity, strategy and other relevant aspects.
-Investment in debt and equity capital markets such as Sukuk, marketable equity securities, private placements and other products.
-Investments in Islamic Sharia compliant products.
-Manage and monitor investments according to set plans and strategies.
-Establish links with local and regional financial institutions for potential business undertaking and other co-investments.


-Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields.
-Master's degree or professional certificates (CFA, CPA, ...etc is a plus).
-Minimum 5 years experience in a leading position in treasury department.
-Adequate investments experience.
-Adequate experience in treasury management.
-Ability to manage cash flow in an appropriate manner.
-Negotiation skills with bankers.
-Knowledge in Sharia compliant products.
-Adequate experience in investment evaluation techniques.
-Good relations with financial institutions in KSA and GCC.
-Ability to source and screen good investment opportunities.
