Treasury Systems Specialist (FIS Quantum & Oracle Finance)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Treasury Systems Specialist with hands-on experience in FIS Quantum for treasury and banking operations, SWIFT connectivity, and DIM (Data Integrity Management) tools. The role requires strong functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management modules. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end transaction processing between FIS and Oracle, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support FIS Quantum for treasury transactions, cash positioning, and banking interfaces.
• Ensure secure and accurate SWIFT messaging for payments and banking communications.
• Work with DIM tool to maintain transaction accuracy, reconciliations, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on AR, AP, GL, and Cash Management processes in Oracle EBS.
• Handle end-to-end processing and integration between Oracle and FIS for financial transactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional/system issues in treasury and finance modules.
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients (with preference for Middle East experience).

• Strong knowledge of FIS Treasury (Quantum) and banking transaction workflows.
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience with SWIFT connectivity, Bank reconciliations and payment processing.
• Experience with DIM (Data Integrity Management) tool.
• Functional expertise in Oracle EBS Finance modules – AR, AP, GL, Cash Management.
• Proven ability to work on Oracle–FIS integration.
• Prior experience working with Middle East clients is highly desirable.
