Job description / Role
Saudi Nationals
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Lead all banking relationships and ensure all service levels are met with banks.
• Monitor liquidity and placement of excess cash to ensure optimal returns.
• Prepare weekly cash forecast in anticipation of paying suppliers and shareholders.
• Oversee the issuance of Letters of Credit and bank guarantees.
• Monitor the discounting of Letters of Credit.
• Propose and implement new initiatives for treasury, e.g., factoring of receivables without recourse
• Drive the Corporate Insurance Management as per corporate policy.
• Maintain and reconcile employees End-of-Service benefits accounts.
• Develop & drive automation of both collections and payments mechanisms.
• Monitor interest income charges/expenses, FX gain/loss, cash flow & banking charges.
• Work with Credit Manager to optimize third party payment terms ; develop funding strategy for distributors, retailers, vendors etc.
• Coordinate filling of Zakat, Income Tax, Withholding Tax and VAT.
• Respond to queries from Tax auditors.
• Provide transaction support to Carrier Saudi Arabia, in all aspects of the Treasury, Tax & Insurance functions.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• CPA/ACCA / CA , MBA is desired
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 years of experience as a banking relationship manager.
• Treasury Multinational experience
