WSP is looking for a Saudi National Trend & Change Manager to join us on the NEOM Project.

Your new role, what's involved?

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Manage the interfaces between risks, issues and change management.
* Study, evaluate the change requests considering contract conditions, project specifications and change management procedures to advise Client with the associated cost, time and potential risks.
* Facilitate opportunities identification, which will lead for benefits realization to the client and organization.
* Update and communicate project dashboard in a weekly basis in order to keep stakeholders aware of risks & change management status and to enhance decision-making process.
* Coordinate interfaces with internal and external stakeholders with reference to contractual obligations.
* Identify areas of potential changes and facilitate early negotiations to avoid risk of delays and cost overrun.
* Collect, study and report lessons learned for the client.

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A Degree in a relevant Engineering field.
* Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience in risk management, trend analysis, project controls and change management.
* Extensive experience with consultancies.
* Previous experience in Project Management.
* Good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies.
