UI/UX Designer

Description

We are seeking a UI/UX designer who can build user-centric, modern, and intuitive digital experiences. The role is responsible for translating business needs and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Deliver responsive UI designs for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Improve user experience based on feedback, session recordings, and analytics.
• Keep up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, HCI, or related field.
• 2–3 years relevant experience in UI/UX.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (or similar tools).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio showing real UI/UX case studies.

Preferred

• Experience in motion design / micro-interactions.
• Solid understanding of design systems and components.
• Familiarity with usability testing and digital analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.).
