We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of customer service representatives and ensure they meet performance targets.
* Monitor customer service calls and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
* Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are resolved promptly and effectively.
* Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to the customer service process.
* Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in customer service performance.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in a customer service supervisor or related role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
* Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Experience in sports industry is a plus.
* Active participation in at least one sporting activity and good knowledge of sporting products as well as of sporting events.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
