During your tenure a Senior Associate within Value Creation Services in Financial Advisory Major Programs, you will gain exposure working on the most complex transactions, restructuring and transformation projects in the region, you will develop an impressive range of managerial, operational, and commercial consulting skills that will fast-track your career and multiply your options. Our team supports clients to plan, execute, and generate the highest value for their integrations, separation, privatization, IPO preparation, restructuring, strategy management offices, and / or transformation programmes.

Our extensive experience, firsthand insights and tried and tested methodologies give us a distinct advantage to serve a very diverse range of client needs. Our team of highly skilled business professionals with cross-border implementation experience and wide-ranging skills are looking motivated to work on the headline grabbing transactions, restructuring and transformation programmes of tomorrow.

You will build upon your skills in stakeholder management, progress/ Status reporting, Executive reporting, Risks and issues management, Capacity building, Functional support, Information management, and PMO Tools. Your responsibilities will include:

- Transformation programs
- Process improvement
- Delivery of business plans / high-profile strategic initiatives
- Program set up
- Program delivery and implementation
- M&A and transactions including IPOs, privatizations, Public Private Partnerships, carveouts and mergers, acquisitions and integrations, Incorporation and set up of entities / new business, Investment portfolio optimization, Recovery and litigation, Governance model setup and implementation, financial investigation management.

Requirements

- Certifications - PMP / Prince2 / PMI.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience (PMO / Project Management)
- Big 4 experience or exposure within a consulting firm.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong managerial, organizational, project management, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proven track record with a leading professional services firm.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in high pace and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
