As part of their commitment to operational excellence and supplier performance, they are seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to enhance collaboration with key vendors, ensure contract compliance, and support the organization's broader procurement and sourcing strategy.

Description
This role is critical in maintaining effective, transparent, and high-performing relationships with suppliers. As the primary liaison between the organization and its vendors, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, tracking performance, managing contracts, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with the organization's needs and objectives.
* Contract Management: Support the negotiation and finalization of vendor contracts, ensuring all terms comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance and address any deviations promptly.
* Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs to measure vendor performance. Conduct regular assessments and maintain structured feedback loops.
* Issue Resolution: Act as the go-to contact for vendor-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve operational or performance concerns swiftly and constructively.
* Vendor Diversification: Evaluate opportunities for diversifying the vendor base to reduce risk and drive value, while maintaining strong relationships with strategic suppliers.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, communications, and performance data in line with audit and compliance standards.
* Cross-Functional Communication: Work closely with procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure clear communication, shared expectations, and streamlined vendor management processes.

Requirements:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive vendor management professional with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. You should have a solid background in supplier relationship management, contract oversight, and performance monitoring.
* 5-8 years of relevant experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain functions
* Experience working within government or highly regulated sectors is a strong advantage
* Strong understanding of contract management principles and vendor performance metrics
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
* Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
