Robert Walters is working on behalf of a fast-growing company in the Entertainment Industry, based in Riyadh. We are looking to recruit a Venue Manager that will provide team leadership, building relations with guests, and over all operational management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Lead a team that provides each customer with an exceptional experience.
* Provide leadership guidance to associates, oversee the performance management process
* Demonstrate operational focus through personal leadership.
* Oversee all departmental functions
* Analyse past and current financial and customer feedback results

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Undergraduate Degree
* Fluent in English, and can communicate in Arabic
* Management experience delivering exceptional customer service
* Proven ability to develop leaders within an organization
* Ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision
