Vice President - Real Estate

Job description / Role

Vice President Real Estate for Saudi Specialist Real Estate Developer part of a major Saudi Holding Company.

- You will be tasked with aggressively growing he real estate portfolio and negotiating built to suit agreements with tenets currently in Saudi Arabia and those wishing to set up operation in Saudi Arabia.
- The primary responsibility of the role is to manage asset developments across their life-cycle and ensure the right trade-offs between development and existing assets to maximise asset value. 
- Key responsibility of conceptualizing, selecting, planning, executing, and customer on boarding for all real-estate assets.
- The role will involve evaluating and developing potential projects/initiatives, and to oversee and manage the performance of existing or acquired operating assets of the company.
- You will evaluate business demand, market factors, risks, and other factors to recommend and implement business footprint strategies.

Requirements

Real Estate Asset Management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA and/or completion of a master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Focused, efficient, and result oriented.
- Strong organizational skills and self-directed work habits with ability to anticipate deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and review complex documents identifying key business points.
- Solid Real Estate experience as a developer or real estate consulting firm.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, strategic thinking with a strong degree of initiative.
- Knowledge of real estate development and finance models.
- Saudi National.
