Our school is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and caring professional to take on the role of Vice Principal – Pastoral (female candidate).

This pivotal role focuses on the holistic development and wellbeing of every student, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment where all learners can thrive. The role includes character development, managing the student counselling team, and promoting positive behaviour across the school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in pastoral care, safeguarding, and student welfare, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community to uphold our school’s values and promote a positive, respectful culture.

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Not less than a bachelor's degree in psychology
• Not less than 15 years of experience in the field of pastoral care in international schools
• Excellent command of the English language
• Related technical and personal skills
