Our school is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and caring professional to take on the role of Vice Principal – Pastoral.

This pivotal role focuses on the holistic development and wellbeing of every student, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment where all learners can thrive. The role includes character development, managing the student counselling team, and promoting positive behaviour across the school.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership in pastoral care, safeguarding, and student welfare, working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community to uphold our school’s values and promote a positive, respectful culture.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Not less than a bachelor's degree in psychology.
• At least 15 years of experience in pastoral roles within international schools.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Relevant technical and personal skills.
