Job description / Role
• More than 5 years of EPC operation
• Well understanding for EPC structures, interfaces and functions
• Well understanding for common protocols, processes and signalings used in telecommunication, such as SIP, Diameter, Megaco, SDP, and calling process
• Well understanding for Huawei telecom core network products, including but not limited to vUSN, vUGW, vFW., etc
• Experienced in core network operation for traditional core network or cloud core network, including well understanding for common KPI monitoring, alarm handling, configuration changing, health checking,etc.
• Familiar with virtualization and cloud computing, including IaaS, SDN, etc.
Requirements
• Perform vEPC/vFW configuration management duties which include planning / identification / control / audit
• Perform vEPC/vFW change management duties which include create / assess / implement / review
• Receive ticket and handle level performance problem of Huawei vEPC/vFW
• Fault Management - Localize TT Sub-Process , Correct & Resolve TT Sub-Process.
