Employment: Full Time

Our client is an established KSA based Catering and Facilities Management company who deliver services throughout the Kingdom, through a large blue collar work force. They are seeking a VP/Commercial Director to join their KSA based team.

The VP Commercial Director is responsible for structuring Organic Growth and managing non-conventional growth.

Organic Growth:
• He/She is tasked with structuring the divisions Bids, RFQ, Proposals and for building our commercial mechanisms. A key success factor for the role is analyzing successes and failures in existing contracts to build efficient mechanisms and contractual arrangements

Non-conventional Growth:
• He/She is the direct business owner for, all sub divisions of the company including the the IFM operational infrastructure and commercial tools to establish the company as a top tier IFM player in the KSA market.

Key deliverables:
• Review and support technical and financial evaluation of the business opportunities with Sales and Operation.
• Establish Contract Performance KPIs and SOPs.
• Own bids and structured sales efforts.
• Leverage existing business lines and infrastructure.
• Bring operational excellence in the development of the service solution for existing and new clients.
• Extensive understanding of business growth models and the ability to foresee commercial opportunities.
• Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation.
• Working knowledge of how to conduct market research and analysis including the creation of detailed business plans.
• Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals and objectives.
• Analysis’s sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance.
• Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations.
• Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract's financial aspects.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Business Administration – ESSENTIAL
• Experience in business development and/or commercial management in the B2B industry – Operational experience or Facility management experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
• Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
