VP Operations - Facilities Management Service Provider

Our client is an established and reputable organization, with a long history operating within KSA. They are a diversified organization with subsidiaries operating in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Currently they are seeking a Vice President for their Facilities Management Division.

The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operation of the business, delivering TFM services, through a blue collar workforce.

Main responsibilities:
• Reporting to CEO
• Oversee a portfolio of operational projects in diverse business sectors.
• Ensure KPI and SLA compliance
• Have multiple direct reports from management staff
• Enhance the performance of FM Manager and shift the mindset from efficiency to effectiveness, while maintaining cost.
• Solicit variation orders from existing clients to boost top line and improve bottom line.

• Engineering Degree
• Experience in a senior leadership role - ESSENTIAL
• KSA experience - ESSENTIAL
• Experience with a FM Service Provider
• Operations experience managing a large blue collar team
• Commercial acumen
• Experience in dealing with key stakeholders and board members
