Description
This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of asset (vessel) strategy - from acquisition and divestment to performance management and long-term planning. Reporting into executive leadership, the role plays a critical part in shaping the company's vessel portfolio in line with market dynamics and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fleet Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute short and long-term fleet (vessel) strategies aligned with the company's 5-year plan. Conduct market and economic analyses to inform acquisition and divestment decisions.
* Asset Evaluation & Acquisition: Collaborate with business units to assess fleet performance and make data-driven recommendations on vessel purchases or sales, with a clear focus on ROI and strategic alignment.
* Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the Fleet Management team, ensuring strong leadership, clear performance goals, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Financial Oversight: Manage fleet management budgets, track financial performance, and implement corrective actions where needed to ensure profitability and capital efficiency.

Requirements:
