Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ensure that stock is received, picked and dispatched in a timely manner to meet the projects, internal and external needs
• Manage the warehouse Operation to deliver optimum quality, performance and cost effectiveness
• Plan and organize stock in the Warehouse against constantly changing Operational requirements to ensure availability of inventory to meet those requirements and to ensure processes are followed for improved security, stock and inventory management.
• Co-ordinate with Project team during project mobilization for required parts and orders any identified shortages.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and initiate cost reduction and safety measures in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts (cyclic, half yearly and year end); reconciling with inventory system.
• Communicate with Material Coordinators & site individuals to resolve problems related to on-time delivery of the requested parts.
• Monitor and report on performance of warehouse Operations to ensure inbound is cleared as quickly as possible and all outbound orders are completed and dispatched to schedule, including “emergency” orders as they arise.
• Coordinate with the Transport department on the logistics associated with Distribution of Stock to the projects locations.
• Ensure Warehouse Operations are in compliance with all publicized procedures and regulations to include Quality, Health and Safety.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational reporting procedures to ensure compliance and to suggest and drive improvements to the Operation as required.
• Manage the performance of the Warehouse team, including rosters, performance reviews, learning and development, disciplinary matters and managing resource levels to cover all needs of the Operation.

Requirements

• Graduate in Material Management or in any discipline.
• Fluent in English Communication.
• GCC experience preferred ARAMCO experience.
• Minimum 10-15 years relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of stores process & procedures.
• Good knowledge of managing several Projects from Warehouse wise.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP ERP System.
