Charterhouse is working with an international interior solutions business, specializing in corporate and commercial fixture & fittings, who is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Our client is looking for an experienced supply Chain/warehouse professional to support their expansion across the GCC and MENA.
As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process. You will manage people, processes, and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met.
You will also be responsible for workplace health and safety standards and for the security of the building and stock. Specialist warehouses may store temperature-controlled products, such as food and pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials. The selected candidate will manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. You must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfilments of millions of product orders every year.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold an MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, with 5 or more years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also have extensive knowledge of the GCC market within the furniture and interior sector.
