- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of (7) years of experience in operation and maintenance work in the field of water, wastewater, and network works.
- Ability to work with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Experience in identifying the causes of equipment failures and providing solutions.
