Wessam AlAhli program is anticipated to achieve great success as it revolves around preparing real bankers with the right skills to enhance customer satisfaction and meet their needs, and includes continuous training throughout the year.

- Instructor-led technical and soft skills training

- In-depth assessment for each candidate, sharing accomplishments and fields for further development
- Extra activities including: team building, volunteering in the community through NCB's Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and innovative seminars

PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
As a Wessam AlAhli program candidate, you will undergo rigorous 24-week training and orientation sessions led by expert instructors and inspiring NCB professionals. You will learn in-depth knowledge of NCB products and services and ways to provide the customers with innovative solutions.

You will have the chance to get a hands-on experience by being trained practically in the businesses over the 24-week period and gain real work experience, in the Retail Banking Group, Corporate Banking Group, Treasury Group, Risk Group, Shared Services Group and Finance Group. You will also visit the back office areas including: the HR Group, Strategy and Business Development Group, Legal, Compliance, and Audit.

Wessam AlAhli program has many motivational activities, speaker-series events and networking activities where you will meet employees from every part of the organization and participate in volunteer work.

Wessam AlAhli program is effectively structured and supported by the best-in-class mentoring and buddying programs. Mentors will provide career paths and ongoing feedback and support over the duration of the program. It also has incorporated a new concept called "Buddying", where employees from the businesses are selected and assigned to guide, advise and support you in a friendly manner during your visits.

Requirements

Program Criteria:
- Saudi National
- Aged between 22-28 years
- Not on job
- Fresh university graduates (Bachelors or Masters) from recognized universities worldwide
- Less than 1 year of graduation from the time of applying
- Able to relocate to Jeddah for the duration of the Program (6 months), with accommodation expenses covered by NCB for the 6 Months for Candidates based outside of Jeddah

- Business Administration
