Wind Energy - Proposals/Contract Manager for Riyadh

To spearhead the technical development and delivery of wind energy projects within PPP frameworks, ensuring cutting-edge design, regulatory compliance, and alignment with projects objectives.

• Conduct site identification and selection for wind projects, ensuring optimal wind resource potential and site accessibility.
• Perform wind resource assessment and energy yield analysis using advanced tools and methodologies.
• Lead technical feasibility studies, including site-specific assessments for grid connectivity, topography, and environmental considerations.
• Develop and optimize wind farm layouts, turbine configurations, and electrical systems to maximize energy output and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines in the design phase.
• Evaluate and recommend wind turbine technologies and equipment suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.

• Bachelor or Masters Degree
• 10+ Years of proven experience with graduate level work emphasizing Wind Energy (Engineering specialist/Bid Manager/Proposal Manager/Development Manager (techno commercial) for EPC & IPP Power Projects).
