Zone Manager

Job description / Role

The Zone Manager will have the ownership of the whole assigned zone and takes responsibility for all maintenance works and cleaning works that are being done in his related zone.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspection of all facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Implement proper daily and monthly reporting
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for all electrical systems
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality for mechanical systems
• Oversee all repairing activities and planes
• Oversee all soft service plans and ensure proper implementation
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders where necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and soft services within his zone
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Ensure safe and healthy workplace as per company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Proficient in the English language both written and oral
• Proficient in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access, Power-point
• Proven previous experience as a maintenance manager
• Proven previous background in maintenance planning
• Proven previous experience in a managerial role
• Maintain acceptable standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety, and Environment Management System requirements.
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
