Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team in Serbia. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting in various construction activities, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and contributing to the timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general construction tasks including mixing materials, loading/unloading, and site preparation
• Assist skilled tradesmen such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and welders
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the construction site
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction work preferred but not mandatory
• Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of safety practices

Candidate Profile – Construction Worker (Serbia)

• Age Range: 20–35 years old
• Gender: Male
• Language Skills: Conversational to good English proficiency (able to understand instructions and communicate with supervisors)
• Physical Fitness: Good stamina and strength to handle manual labor and outdoor work
• Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in construction or related field (but motivated fresh candidates will also be considered)
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety and worksite procedures
• Team Player: Willing to work cooperatively with a diverse team of workers and supervisors
• Adaptability: Ready to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site requirements
• Motivation: Open to long-term employment opportunities and career growth within the construction industry

Salary:
EUR 500 to 550 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
