This is an opportunity to work for Mace International on a landmark project in Belgrade, Serbia. This is a significant project in a prominent location which will see the construction of world class facilities for the local and international community.
The Role
- Working directly within the Clients Team, reporting to the Mace Project Director, fully responsible for advising, establishing and implementing the Procurement Strategy on this Major Project.
- Responsible for the development of the procurement strategy, communication of the strategy, monitoring the procurement activities through the Procurement Team.
- Responsible for advising on Procurement strategy through the full life cycle of this project and all phases of the cycle including Design and Delivery.
- Lead the Procurement strategy through implementation, change and development throughout the course of the project.
Requirements
- Degree Qualifications is preferred but not essential.
- Professional Memberships are an advantage but not essential.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Major Project ($500m+) experience is essential.
- International project delivery experience is essential.
- Hotel / Hospitality or High End Residential Project experience is essential.
- Knowledge of industry best practice is essential.
- Experience working within JVs, Client Teams or Multi Stakeholder environments.
