Finance Manager - West Africa (Shipping & Logistics)

Join our client's globally renowned Shipping & Logistics business dedicated to optimizing supply chains across the world. They are expanding their footprint in West Africa and seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead their financial operations in this region.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for West African operations.
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance profitability.
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to align financial practices.
* Manage financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability to ensure financial health.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification preferred).
* Proven experience in financial management, ideally within the Shipping & Logistics industry (Not a must).
* Strong understanding of West African financial regulations and business environment (Added Benefit).
* Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary:
USD 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
