Finance Manager up to 3k Usd++ for a Shipping Company in West Africa
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Overseeing payroll and taxes
• Managing the finance team in supporting the daily operations
• Ensuring that the consistent and accurate accounting services are provided to the clients
Requirements
• POSITION: Finance Manager
• SALARY: up to 3,000 USD depending on qualifications and experience, plus company provided accommodation, transportation and other benefits as per labor law
• HIRING COMPANY: Shipping Company
• WORK LOCATION: Sierra Leone, West Africa
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to FILIPINO
• Male, 28 to 50 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, home country experience is acceptable
• Knowledge in taxation of Africa
• Experienced working in Africa is advantage
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
• Expertise working with QuickBooks and financial statements
• Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
• Exceptional organizational skills and aptitude for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
• Able to motivate the team and lead by example
