Singapore Based - Education Development Manager

On behalf of one of the largest and most successful global education companies, iTalent is on the hunt for an experienced Relationship/Market Development Manager to grow the market presence for one of the world’s most trusted education firms

Overview:
The candidates must be forward thinking in their approach to building relationships. Management of key relationships through educating, engaging, and advising students, their parents, and other secondary education partners on all appropriate solutions available to them.

Responsibilities:
• Develop business opportunities, leverage key customer & client relationships and provide extensive knowledge of market conditions and sentiment to key stakeholders in the market.
• Relationship Management – Maintain priorities and needs of stakeholders, provide strategic guidance to key relationships and offer personalized solutions that create long last relationships and ensure their higher education needs are met.
• Execute strategies to market and develop relationships for all lines of businesses including Global, PACS, TCIE, Psytech, and events.
• Advanced level of expertise on higher education and market exposure to educate the user base on career opportunities, skill shortages, and industry dynamics.
• Provide broad-based strategic advice to students on geographies, areas of study and universities that strategically married with market dynamics and future opportunities.
• Provide broad based advice with regards to Administrative Requirements including Application Requirements, Visa
• Requirements and overall Admissions Preparation - Application Strategy, SOP Strategy, LOR Strategy and Visa Preparation etc.
• Advanced level of responsibilities and interaction with universities to manage market relationships, internal communication and learning, and development.
• Revenue Generation for an expanded portfolio of geographies, areas of study, partners and lines of businesses.
• Strategic Goals – Operational, Customer, Engagement, and Financial

Requirements

• Applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a love for advising and passion for higher education
• 3-5 years experience in similar role preferred
• Expectations and Standards – 70 to 130 Global and/or Financial Equivalent
