Manager -Private Banking, Regulatory Advisory, Digital Transformations

A renowned organization specializing in business consulting, change management, and proprietary software training / development is looking for Managers for their Singapore Practice (Private Banking / Regulatory Advisory / Digital Transformations). Your role as a Manager is to work directly with clients in the Private Banking and Wealth Management arena to meet their strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Support the growth of our management consulting business across Southeast Asia
- Define and implement regulatory operating model improvements for clients
- Help clients address regulatory change and implement legal structural change
- Deliver customized digital solutions
- Work closely with clients in one or more of the following areas: Strategy and Operations, Transformation, Regulatory Implementation, Digital
- Develop and maintain a sustainable relationship with existing and potential clients in the Wealth Management sector
- Manage, coach and lead our team
- Organize and participate in industry events
- Produce leadership articles on topics of interest to the Wealth Management industry
- Achieving excellence in client experience (especially in Digital, KYC, and Client Onboarding)
- Managing transformational change (including Core Banking implementations, post merger integration, Regulatory PMO)

Requirements

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent in Business Management or related discipline
- 7-10 years of relevant consulting or banking experience. Experience with major consulting firms would be an asset
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management industry
- Strong track record in planning, organizing and the delivery of large transformation change programs
- Demonstrated experience in business development for consulting services
- Strong track record of execution, delivering results, working under pressure and handling tight deadlines
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel for work
- Exceptional communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of local Southeast Asian languages would be an asset (e.g., Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.)
