Job description / Role
As our new Senior Interior Designer - Workplace, based in Singapore, you will be part of our international design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects around the globe. Working closely with the Design Head and the design team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading client presentations/pitches.
You will also be responsible for design management and coordination for projects in South East Asia. You will be based in Singapore and work with offices across Asia. You will be working with a dynamic team of designers and project managers locally and internationally and have the opportunity to share your creativity and ideas. Specific Responsibilities
- Provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
- Manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.
- Participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed.
- Provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.
- Attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.
- Travel internationally for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.
Requirements
This position requires creative ability, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- You are an Interior Designer with excellent presentation skills with a minimum of 8 years of experience
- You have relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects
- You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
- You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.
- You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
