Job description / Role
A leading eCommerce firm in Singapore is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will come in from a Consulting Background and have experience within an eCommerce firm.
Responsibilities:
The Strategy & Operations Manager works directly with the CEO and the Executive leadership team to help improve the analysis of the business, to identify new opportunities, improve customer acquisition and satisfaction metrics, enter new market segments, or implement business systems/processes to help them grow in the region.
- Help assess new business models & innovation for the firm
- Grow and maintain a competitive assessment framework
- Track internal metrics and external data to develop SWOT view for company
- Participate in regular meetings and drive the discussion through your analysis
- Work with sales and marketing to improve go-to-market models
- Implement and manage the business systems and processes that support growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical and operational role within a rapidly growing company
- Experience in South East Asia is a MUST
- Ideally, experience in an ecommerce company
- Successful working across cultures and geographies
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to execute
- Excel in analytics and problem solving
