A specialist executive search firm is seeking a Branch Manager (Agency) on behalf of a key client in the shipping and logistics sector. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, this role is instrumental in shaping the success of the company’s Western Cape operations. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of freight management, strong commercial acumen, and the leadership skills to drive operational efficiency while maintaining superior service standards.

As Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, customer engagement, and team leadership. You’ll play a crucial role in optimizing revenue, overseeing branch operations, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders—including importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
