Country Manager

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a country manager for their team in South Africa.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Design and implement a strategic plan, ensuring the company's objectives are met.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead the entire commercial activities.
• Hold P&L responsibility.
• Assess and identify potential market growth opportunities.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status within the market.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
• Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
• Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.
