This is an ideal opportunity for a professional looking to lead a division within a multidiscipline team of Building Services Engineers providing a comprehensive design service on large scale Middle East based projects.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reporting and presenting to Senior Management and to Clients on project progress and performance
• Responsible for ensuring financial budgets and contractual obligations are upheld.
• Managing the Public Health building services engineering, from concept design through to construction issue, overseeing all projects.
• Manage the team’s coordination with the others design teams to ensure integrated delivery of systems.
• Oversee public health design calculations on a variety of buildings within different building sectors.
• Ensure QA/QC of technical specifications and the technical drawing standards are upheld through on time delivery
• Report writing.
• Overall team management, driving team to successful project completion.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Public Health Engineering, or relevant experience.
• Member of Chartered Institution (IOP/CIBSE).
• Significant experience of working in Public Health Building Services Engineering.
• Familiar with public health design requirements at a variety of design stages and across a number of different building sectors.
• Previous large team management experience within an international consultancy.
• Conversant with Local UAE / GCC Codes of Practice, Regulatory processes, LEED, Estidama, NFPA, UPC and IBC.
• Knowledge of sustainability and Green Building Design
• Experience in the Middle East on large-scale build construction projects is ideal.
