Why We Are Hiring:
As part of our expansion into African markets, we are building a local procurement team in the region. We are currently looking for a representative based in South Africa to support the import of industrial goods from Europe, the United States, and China. This role will be key in managing supplier relationships, coordinating deals, and supporting operations on the ground.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced B2B procurement or sales professional with a strong understanding of the African industrial sector.
Ideally, you have:
- Worked for American or European companies
- Industry connections in mining, energy, oil & gas, or construction
- Managed transactions valued at USD 100,000 or more
- A solid grasp of logistics, certification, and public sector processes in Africa

Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Search and Analysis
- Identify suitable manufacturers based on international client specifications
- Lead tenders, evaluate supplier offers for price, lead time, and compliance
- Verify supplier reliability and maintain a vetted network

Negotiations and Contract Management
- Negotiate commercial terms including price, delivery timelines, and warranties
- Draft and manage contracts in English in line with global standards

Logistics and Documentation
- Coordinate shipments via sea, air, rail, and road
- Work with freight forwarders, brokers, and logistics providers
- Prepare full export documentation packages including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, MSDS, and more

Quality Control and Reporting
- Organize product inspections and technical compliance checks
- Maintain ongoing reporting to INIX Group headquarters in Dubai
- Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing supplier performance and workflows

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, procurement, or industrial sales
- Understanding of the B2B model in industrial markets
- Experience working with clients in engineering, construction, or resource extraction industries
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of results
- Strong knowledge of African business culture and logistics

What We Offer:
- USD 3,000 – 5,000 monthly salary, based on experience
- KPI-based performance bonuses, including percentage of deal value, delivery speed, and client satisfaction
