Job description / Role
Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Sales Head to be based in South Africa .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales and marketing team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage large-scale projects including distributor transitions ensuring successful implementation and sustainable growth.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only candidates based in South Africa will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Channel or distributor management experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the healthcare or life science industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market dynamics in the SADC & SSA regions.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
