Zero base budgeting. Activity based budgeting. Rolling budgets. Operational unit budgeting. Program budgeting.

Day 5 - Using activity based budgeting:

Developing the ABB application model. Budgeting for processes rather than departments. Defining key cost drivers. Developing the activity-based budget.
