Payroll Manager

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at our Kadawatha office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven experience in payroll management at a managerial level, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, “can-do” attitude. You will take ownership of the payroll function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and review payroll records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.
• Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data and reporting.
• Manage payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Ownership mentality: able to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
