Job description / Role
To oversee daily operations of feed yards and provide knowledge and support for heard nutrition, marketing, and environmental conditions for livestock in feedlots.To carry out animals induction to ensure all treatments are provided and initial data are captured.
To manage the fattening cycle. Prepare optimization plans to improve processes. Manage feedlot staff to ensure effective operations. And to ensure profitable fattening business for the company.
Requirements
• Minimum Formal Education: Animal Production & feedlot management.
• Minimum Experience: 10 year.
• Minimum Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum Computer Skills: Basic knowledge in MS Office.
• Functional/Technical Competencies: Advanced level of knowledge in Animal Production; Animal Feeding; Animal Health; and Farm Equipment.
