Course Overview

Any business large or small may run into problems that may negatively impact its normal course of operations. Crises such as a fire flood terrorist attack data breach or natural disasters can lead to significant losses to a company in terms of lost sales, customers and a decrease in the firms revenue. Businesses that effectively put a Crisis Management Plan in place in case of unforeseen contingencies can mitigate the effects of any negative event that occurs. Crisis Management is a critical component of a business resilience structure and identifies threats that can disrupt a business. All employees have a role in preparing for these potential incidents and minimizing the impact that they could have on their company.
