Coordinator - Regional Pricing Zurich - Sales

- Ensure timely loading of all types of Market fares, Special Promotions, one-off deals through RevenuePlus-SITA and liaise with HQ-Pricing for approval of fares to ensure competitiveness.
- Regularly monitor and compare current fare structure with OAL fares using InFare, GDS, SITA Pricing and, where necessary, take remedial action by requesting head office to approve competitive levels.
- Identify weak routes and initiate special fare request to gain WY market share and improve load.
- Evaluate pricing requires based on the WY pricing procedures and ensure all proposals are reviewed in accordance with OAL practice, previous flight performance and future forecast.
- Monitor the effective and accurate distribution of WY tactical and Year round fares .
- Resolve pricing issues involve sales, ticketing and reservation team in resolving system, providing solutions and liaising with revenue management to ensure timely action is undertaken
- Prepare corporate fare proposals from Sales areas as per the contracts approved by the management and ensure timely loading of applicable discounts via RevenuePlus-SITA.
- Create analytical reports and extract data from various systems such as MIDT-Pax Plus-Sabre-SITA-InFare-for O&D, segments as applicable to reduce processing time for decision making for the management.
- Any other pricing issues assigned by the management from time to time that fall under the ambit of the defined role
Identify & recommend cost saving initiatives in all areas of commercial pricing functions, if any

Requirements

- Fresh Bachelor degree in a related discipline
- Or Fresh Two years college Diploma in a related discipline.
- Or Specialised Certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 4 years of WY experience in similar function
- Experience in Aviation Industry will be an advantage
