Commercial Manager / Business Development Manager

Client is a leading construction contractor operating in Tanzania. They have been operating for more than 20 years and now employ over 500 staff. Their projects include, residential, hotels, commercial and transport.

On their behalf we are currently seeking a Commercial Manager who will also be involved in developing new business. We are seeking a candidate who has experience in taking projects from initial bid through to final handover.

The person will be working closely with Project Managers during bidding and pricing, should be experienced in project costing and budgeting and should have strong client facing experience.

Requirements

- Must have BSc, MSc, MRICS
- Should have more than 10 years’ experience in commercial management
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC, JCT and NEC
- Have International and preferably African experience.
- Ability to use CCS
