Regional Sales Manager - Insurance (Hunting / Farming)


Sales / Business Development
- Sales & Business development, evaluating market for new business opportunities, key account management, handling of corporate tie-ups, maintaining relationship with existing clients, implement defined marketing strategies, to achieve targeted sales number.

The ideal candidate should have flair for Sales and would like extensive local and international Travel as part of his role.

Key Job Role would include
- Creation of New Leads and nurture the leads to Opportunities and Customers.
- Identify the right partners to do business and recommend to the Senior management on empanelment of the same.
- Maintain healthy relation with our existing clients and groom them for referrals.
- Up sell companies product to existing customers
- Collecting competitor information on supplementary distribution business.
- Retention, Enhancement & Deepening relationships with the clients
- Work closely with Practice, Delivery and Support team to carve out unique marketing strategy for better penetration in the market

Requirements

- 5-6 years of sales experience
- Preferably bachelor
- Needs to be relocating onsite
- Product/Tech sales preferable
- Knowledge in Insurance highly preferred

Functional Area / Technical Skills required – Insurance Knowledge, Preferred Associate or Fellow from III, A decent know-how on current technology trends would be a add-on.
